A Practice That Evolves With You

Yoga that honours where you are today, growing with you through every season of life.

My approach to yoga is grounded in the belief that every body, and every day, is different. Rather than striving to perfect a pose, I invite you to develop a practice that is responsive, sustainable and deeply connected to your own experience.

With a foundation in alignment and intelligent movement, my classes are thoughtfully sequenced to help you move with strength, awareness and ease. Alongside clear, precise guidance, you'll find an invitation to slow down, listen inward and explore what your body is communicating in each moment.

Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or have been practising for years, the intention remains the same: to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, feel supported to grow, and discover that yoga is about far more than the shapes we make.

It's a practice of paying attention. A practice of coming home to yourself. A practice that evolves with you.

Absolutely love Alessia’s classes. I always feel so calm, relaxed and grounded. Each week I look forward to something new that is a mixture of simple and tough. Alessia has taught me the importance of mindfulness and creating awareness of the body not only in practise, but in everyday. Highly recommend her classes.” — Ellen Xenedis

The Cyclical Practice

How Menstrual Cycle Awareness Can Evolve Your Yoga Practice

What if your yoga practice could evolve with the changing rhythms of your body?

The Cyclical Practice is an invitation to explore yoga through the wisdom of your inner seasons. Rooted in menstrual cycle awareness and embodied practice, it offers a new way of moving, resting and relating to yourself, one that honours where you are, rather than asking you to push beyond it.

Whether you're just beginning to learn about menstruality or looking to deepen your understanding, you'll find resources, workshops and offerings designed to support you.
